Find the obligations hidden in your documents.
How it works
From document to tracked obligations.
The same six steps for every document. A person is in the loop at the review and confirm steps.
01Upload
Add a contract, policy, certificate or any document that carries responsibilities.
02Analyse
Remindash reads the document and looks for obligations and important dates.
03Extract
It suggests potential obligations, each with a due date, recurrence and priority where it finds them.
04Review
You check every suggestion and correct the title, type, dates, priority and obligated party.
05Confirm
Confirm your review. Your original extraction is kept separately from what you save.
06Track
Create obligations from the confirmed items, with owners and reminders.
Human review
Suggestions, not decisions.
Each potential obligation shows its title, type, due date, recurrence, priority and obligated party, with a label for how confident Remindash is. Items marked Review suggested are the ones to read closely.
Your review is what is saved
The original extraction is kept unchanged. The copy you reviewed is the one you confirm.
Nothing is added automatically
Obligations are only created after you confirm.
Source evidence
Every obligation remembers where it came from.
Obligations created from a document keep a reference back to it, with the page and the original wording, so anyone can check the requirement at its source.
Then track it
Confirmed items become obligations.
Once confirmed, an obligation has an owner, a due date, a state and reminders, like any other in your workspace.
Availability
Document analysis is switched on per workspace as AI features roll out. Ask us if you want it enabled.
