Can I use a single license on multiple domains?
No, each license can only be used on one domain in production. If you want to install the app on multiple domains, you will need to obtain a separate license for each domain.
What are the technical requirement?
Remindash is a platform-independent web-based application, meaning it is compatible with all operating systems. To install and run Remindash the following components are required.
Software Requirement
- OS: Ubuntu 22.04
- Web Server: Nginx / Apache
- PHP Version: 8.2
- PHP Extensions: Mcrypt, OpenSSL, Mbstring, Tokenizer
- Database: MySQL 8.0.x or Maria DB 10.6.x
- Job Scheduler: Cron Job or any task scheduler
Minimum Hardware Requirement
- CPU: 4vCPU
- RAM: 8GiB
- Storage: 40GiB

Is Remindash customisable?
Remindash is completely customisable as per your requirement. Customisations are charged extra. Do get in touch with us to discuss customisation.
Technical support & software updates?
Self-hosted plan comes with free technical support and software updates for 1 Year. After 1 year you can purchase support and software updates annually in order to get new software upgrades and support.
Support and Software updates 1 year renewal cost is 50% of your total license cost. It includes new version upgrades, bug fixes and technical support. We recommend to purchase this package to keep your remindash up to date.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we don't provide refunds.
